Mortgage Law and Closings: Mr. Berlinsky has over 25 years
experience examining Real Estate Titles. Serving as a title
examiner for 3 years at American Title Insurance Company, in
Miami, Florida; which merged into Fidelity National Title
Insurance. He along with 2 other attorneys handled 100's
of closings a month during the 5 years he worked at Spieler &
Associates, in Miami, Florida. He examined titles and
managed the Mortgage Foreclosure Department of Broad & Cassel
from 1985-1987, and then managed the Mortgage Foreclosure
Department of Fried & Slachter, PA. After serving with the
RTC from 1990-1996, Mr. Berlinsky returned to Florida and
examined titles and handled closings for a firm in Coconut
Grove, Florida. Mr. Berlinsky then relocated to Central
Florida where he was involved in closings and foreclosures at
Roger D. Bear, PA, from 1999-2004. Since February, 2004,
Mr. Berlinsky has focused on real property issues related to
Foreclosure Defense, Real Estate/Mortgage Closings, and
Bankruptcy.

National Ethics Program
Manager, with the Resolution Trust Corporation. While serving
in Washington, D.C., as a National Ethics Program Manager at the
RTC, he served as a panel member at two Annual Conferences of
the U.S. Office of Government Ethics. Mr. Berlinsky was
the Author of a National Directive setting forth all operating
procedures for the Contractor Ethics Program of the RTC.
Mr. Berlinsky was also the author and contact person for the
Agency Specific Ethics Supplement to the Employee Ethics
Regulations published by the U. S. Office of Government Ethics.
