THE BERLINSKY LAW FIRM, PA, was formed by  Stephen J. Berlinsky with the belief that you treat all people with respect and understanding, taking the time to meet the needs of people in all walks of life by following the golden rule and demonstrating our firm motto "Because We Care".

Mr. Berlinsky, a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, has practiced law since graduating in 1969, except for the period from 1990-1996, when he served in the Ethics Program of the RTC, as Ethics Officer for Florida and then as a National Ethics Program Manager with the RTC.  The Resolution Trust Corporation was a temporary government agency established to resolve the Savings and Loan Crisis.

Mr. Berlinsky resides in Clermont, Florida.  He is active in his community.  On July 21, 2006 he was elected to serve as a member of the City Council of Clermont without opposition.  Other activities, included serving as:  President of the Downtown Partnership, Member of the Board of Directors of Congregation Sinai, Third Vice President of the Clermont-Minneola Lions Club, and Member of the South Lake Chamber of Commerce.  He has served as am member of the City of Clermont Planning and Zoning Commission, Chairperson and Member of the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Clermont and as a Member of the City of Clermont Parks and Recreation Committee.
